Whether you want to show
or just learn to ride, dressage gives you a super foundation to begin your equine journey. Training starts in the stall & on the ground with
the horse & rider. Learning to ride without hindering the horse & enhancing the movement of the horse is where
dressage begins. At about 3rd Level the serious competitor emerges & dressage in earnest begins. Helen's horses are happy &
healthy & fit, so that they can enjoy the work they do. Diet & a correct approach to the training are very
important to maintaining good balance through the rigorous exercises the dresage horse performs. A horse has to be appropriately muscled & fit for
the job at hand, whether it be trail riding, hunting, jumping & or of course dressage. Environment is a key factor, fresh air in a well ventilated
barn, losts of space to move, safely fenced paddocks & good footing to train on. Along with a happy, loving
atmosphere to generate positive energy:) In addition to the regular dressage training with Helen Cast our facility offers: after school programs for children, pony camp, adult camps & workshops, clinics with
International Trainers!

stalls, 3 grains, 5 hay feedings. Professional staff on premises 24/7; night check. Includes: blanket
changes as needed, veterinary appointments, farrier scheduling, and worming program. Additional services are available as needed.
